tres buff

Tres (french) means "very". Buff (American slang) means "built body" or "built" or "defined muscles" on the body. "Tres buff" therefore means "very nice, built body"

-tres also means "three", but not in this term.
-buff also means "naked", but not in this term.

"Dang, you look 'tres buff' in that tight shirt! or "Look at her abs! ...tres buff!!"
