twinsensitive 

Not sensitive to the issues, feelings and psyche of Twins. Showing that you do not know or care about the feelings of twins, or what they must go through on a daily basis living as twins in a predominantly un-twin society.

Gen: I assumed the two of you would love and hate all the same things as one another.
Twins: We are two different people, we have different opinions and minds.

Gen: So you just look a like and that's all?

Twins: I'm not going so sit quietly while you act so twinsensitive towards us. This display is very offensive. We are regular people like everyone else.
