Used to describe a sort of YouTube videos that are difficult to comprehend by most viewers, at least according to their cultural background.
Usually those videos would contain disgusting creatures/mutations, unfathomable human activities, or simply some crap that just doesn't make sense. A wide variety of creation falls into this category, but when you see it, you just know it's a 'tpoy'.
