A 9th level spell that can only be casted by the greatest wizards of the realm. When casted, a magical force twists one or both testicles of the persons afflicted, causing immeasurable pain and anguish.

When casted on a person with no junk, the only affects are a mild tummy ache or rampant expulsion of gas from your rectum.

A painful phenomenon where the bloodflow to a testicle is cut off due to the bloodstream to the testicle getting twisted which can lead to the testicle being amputated. it is also God's compensation for giving women periods

Someone: "Hey god, Isn't it unfair that women have to go through these painful periods every month?"
God: "Well, I guess to make it fair men will now live in fear of testicular torsion happening to them"

A condition occurring when the ovary or fallopian tubes twist on the tissues that support them.
Surgery is the only way to treat it

Females might undergoe Ovarion Torsion due to having a cyst on the ovary
