Refers to either:
(1) a recompense of some kind --- i.e., cash, pricey meal at da diner, labor-intensive favor, etc. --- dat a buxom chick requests from you in exchange for her "allowing you to proceed past her upper undergarments" --- i.e., letting you see and/or touch "Da Merchandise", or
(2) requested "pleeze squeeze theeze" privileges dat a soft/warm-flesh-loving dude asks a chesty gal for as a "bribe" or "payment" for his permitting her to walk into some restricted area that's under his control.

My girlfriend has lovely extra-bountiful chest-pillowz, so I wonder if da tongue-lolling-for-feminine-flesh ticket-taker at da museum would count her letting him feel her up as being enough titties-toll for both her and me?
