Used to decribe something as good or ok, or to give permission to do something, or as an exclamation of joy. Very northern english phrase.
tis - it is, reet - alright
"You dont know the song? download it. Tis reet."

"can i borrow the car?" "aye, tis reet, just dont wreck it."

"As soon as i walked into work the boss said 'I've put the match on for you, watch that and then you can do yer work.'...TIS REET!"
