Short for "A test pilot in a Broom Factory"
Shorthand for a domineering or authoritarian person who want things to go thier way by any means, or not at all.
The new secretary is a test pilot.
This bureaucrat is the chief test pilot.

Person who surfs to questionable or known pornographic sites from his work computer. He is very useful to his co-workers that are too scared to "hit that link". This person is either unaware of company tracking software or counts on the highly proven theory that "they can't catch us all!"

Mattress Test Pilot 

A slut picked up for the express purpose of breaking in a new bed or mattress.
I needed to properly break in my new bed, so I went clubbing and picked up a Mattress Test Pilot.
