To Cool To Care
usually used when a popular person is confronted by a nerd, geek, etc.
when you say TCTC you are saying that you are to cool to care about something that a person with a lower status than you says to you.

Nerd: do you have a pocket protector i could borrow?
Cool/popular Kid: TCTC!
