A person who has outstanding optimism. They will always be a shoulder to cry on, and the apple of your eye. You would have to be so lucky to be friends with someone named Tasy. Their personality is one of the finest you'll ever meet or come in contact with, you would have to be the finest person to be friends with a Tasy. Be careful you might fall for her hard, and when they break your heart, you will never be the same. But just remember if you mess with one of them, make sure to over-distance yourself from them or else their friends will beat you the fuck up.
