To follow in example of Nikki Sixx, "Sixx'n" refers to overdosing, being revived in an ambulance, escaping the hospital, and going home only to overdose again. When used as a verb in casual conversation, "Syxx'n" does not necessarily have to refer to heroine use, but can describe being under the influence of any substance, and getting into trouble.
Two-Syxx
“Two-Syxx” is a simple gang cipher used by a small local street gang in Detroit known as the Hyena Crips, the cipher is “2+6=8”, in the Hyena Crips street gang the number “8” is widely recognized to represent the 8th letter of an alphabet “H” for “Hyenas”, “Two-Syxx” is used by Hyena members to refer to themselves as Hyenas.

Nerd neck
A "human" that spends so much time playing video games that their posture is level nerd neck. Everytime anyone goes tryhard they hunch down and their neck gets longer there fore a nerd neck is always hunched down cause they're always going try hard. In other words a nerd neck is a try hard, since their neck is 100% longer than the average human being due to playing too many video games and taking them serious, nerd necks are not even considered human anymore but something more sad. Nerd necks are often found on fortnite, their natural habitat usually being tilted towers.
