swoopin and doopin

(n) to be swoopin and doopin is to have "fresh from the beach hair style"
wind blown and wavy but yet still maintaining a put together look.

Mandy- "Alex, look at Patrick's Hair, Did he go to the beach today?"

Alex- "No, he styled it that way"

Mandy- "he is swoopin and doopin today!"
