Getting together with your friends/gym mates and working out at the gym. The goal is to get swole! Usually followed by a large meal to supplement the gains made at the gym.

Friend: Hey what's the plan for tonight?
Friend2: Let's run a swolesesh
Friends: OK cool I'll round up the boys and we'll meet at the gym for 7.
