svercharugie

a russian equivalent of a wunderwaffe (literally superweapon in russian). Something annouced by russian as groundbreaking, innovative and that will make the west tremble but is infact not of even a few decades late, rarely it can be groundbreaking or innovative but only a few are build for propaganda and not used at all

person 1: did you hear about the new svercharugie?

person 2: the new what?

person 1: the new russian "superweapon", it flopped and only a prototype was build before the project was abandoned
