A mother or female legal guardian who assumes, because of their position, that they know everything. (i.e. Everything that is going on, everything that has happened and everything that will happen.)
In example, stupid mom spends many hours on the phone yelling at whomever is on the other line telling them that they are wrong, stupid mom yells at you to pick up your dirty plate, although she herself has left her dirty plate on the table for you to pick up many times before.
