Someone who chats you up on the street outside a bar or club and you hang out with the rest of the night.

A person living in the same street as you. Similar to a housemate, but in the broader scale of a whole street.
Synonymous with neighbour.

My streetmates are all getting together for a street party at the end of the cul-de-sac.
