Telling someone a story then realizing that the person you are telling is in the story and knows it already.

'So yesterday I was eating lunch with some friends, right, and one of them hit on the waitress and she called him a pig!' 'Yeah dude, that was me, I was there.' 'Oh right yeah, sorry, I'm suffering from storynesia.'
