A person that thinks he/she/it/apache helicopter knows how to operate heavy equipment and/or drive trucks. But in reality they are just shit at it and a danger to others and themselves.
Brent think's he's an amazing dozer op, but in reality he's just a fecking stickpuller. Man can't even push dirt without breaking something.
