Spoon hour is a time when sleep deprivation is so severe that anything is hilarious, including the mention of the word "spoon".

Jack: "your cheeks would be better... flappy."
Max: "Like that piece of apple that you almost bite off that has a flap of skin attaching it to the apple like a door."
Sj: "I think the real problem is the lack of cheek flap."
Jack: "Oh god... spoon hour."
