A elongated, bulbous, cartoonishly large firearm that is used for committing illegal crimes (in which you are the sole beneficiary) or for teachers to shoot unruly children. This term originated from Mr. Garrett Houlihan when he purchased this item at his local Target. He created another variant when he (in an intoxicated rage) broke the barrel off the splickatoon, metaphorisizing into the sawed-off splickatoon.

If Mr. Rodriguez catches you slippin, he’s going to pull out the splickatoon and let it spray.
