Skintelligence ...Great knowledge of various (sexual) matters that leads to many (sexual partners). Readily knows how to please his partners he's so well versed in (promiscuity).

synthetic intelligence
people who are not actually intelligent but have an annoying habit of pretending to be an intelligent person.
they really are a type of posers. they make conversations absurd and ruin the ambience. they actually do believe that they are brilliant when actually they are not

two persons trying to solve a problem and the syntelligent arrives.
person1:"hey its really tough."
person2:"lets try to........"
syntelligent01:(bursting in)" hey give it to me ,i'll show u how its done , i solved it last night only that too 20 times".
and hes not able to do it and gives an absurd aliby and leaves quickly.
person1:"he and his idiotic syntelligence !"
