Spiget 

Spiget, which is pronounced to rhyme with fidget is a derogatory term for tall neon green people typically from Fiji known for their history of forced labour in circus caravans on the Oregon trail. Common stereotypes include their love of yo-yos and cherries.

Person 1 - You know about the neon green patch on his face?
Person 2 - I knew it, He's a spiget bottom to top, He trying to cover his face with paint. He better go back to playing in the Oregon trail with his dumb little yo-yos
