When an autistic (or "spergy") individual rants about one of their special interests or hyper-fixation. Frequently confused with "mansplaining" however the individual in question is is not meant to be condescending and is driven by a genuine fascination with the subject.

"Ian hasn't stopped spergsplaining about Warhammer for 35 minutes to this random guy on the bus."
"Yeah, our stop was two stops ago but honestly the guy is kinda into it."
