A weather condition consisting of heavy snow after a snowpocalypse. This storm follows only days after the snowpocalypse which the city has yet to overcome from, perpetuating the mass panic and sense of despair.
Billy: "Hey, they finally plowed my street and I was able to dig my car out, fucking four days after the snowpocalypse"

Fred: "Better run out and get bread, milk and TP! We are getting another 20 inches tonight!"

Billy: "Fuck, that's snoverkill"

Noun. A complete over-reaction to the prospect of, or result of a few inches of snow.
Tarquin: Did you here Washington DC is expecting a couple of inches of snow tonight?
Lucian: Actually, yes. The public transportation has shut down, the Fed is closed for the next week and all the stores are sold out of bottled water and toilet paper. It is complete snoverkill.
