smugass

An adjective describing someone who is incredibly smug, attaching the word “ass” for the dramatic emphasis, as in the case of using the term “bigass” when one wants to emphasize the bigness of something.

From the very beginning, the Trumpster has come across as an A1 smugass ignoramus.
