A hairless guinea pig. Sadly "created" for use in animal testing and now sold in pet stores.

Nice people don't buy skinny pigs or other animals from pet stores.

Somebody who eats all the time but doesn't ever gain any weight.

My friends are all skinny pigs. They can eat whatever they want and not gain a pound!
