Skinbaby 

A human child, though not necessarily a baby. Similar to the word furbaby, used by Eleanor in Accounts Payable to refer to one their nine cats as if they were a human child. Humans are covered in skin rather than fur. The proper context for the use of skinbaby is when someone is annoyed by people that use the word furbaby.

I was invited to my coworker's birthday party for their dog. I asked if I could bring my skinbaby and she seemed offended I'd even ask.

Skinbaby is a term used to refer to a pet that has no fur, but just skin instead, as animals like dogs and cats are sometimes referred to as a “furbaby”
