A common phrase in New Zealand. Identical to "shit happens" after accounting for the accent.

"Hey bru, what's happening?"
"Some deckhid stole my car, bru."
"Aw, shut bru. That's no good"
"No worries bru. Shut hippens"
"Sweet es"
