A person who drops names or other types of information just to seem smart, whether or not the information they give is correct.

Person 1: When is that meeting?
Shit Dropper: I think its on Tuesday.
Person 2: It actually on Saturday.

2) A more general insult, similar to saying that someone "is fail".
3) One who drops a class or out of school

Shit Dropper 

Shit Dropper is an old 1950’s slang used to describe a VERY gay man who enjoys being penetrated in his rear end. So much so that his asshole is always gaping, dropping little turds like an elderly citizen unable to control their back door. Sometimes gay men would even walk into a bar wearing diapers to show that they are a Shit Dropper.
