A man or woman who engages in all manners of sexual behavior. Socially "normal" ,deviant, or fetish with no conscience or regard to the consequences. Much like a Sociopath this personality disorder goes largely undiagnosed and many people who are afflicted with this disorder can function and appear " normal" in social settings.
A man or woman who is diagnosed as a sexiopath will engage in sex with another while married or attached with no feelings or remorse. This person appears normal and well adjusted socially and is likely to have a "good" reputation and is generally thought of as a respectable individual.
