A situation in which someone is unknowingly cheated-on in stupendous fashion for an extended period of time by a partner whose potential for infidelity should have been obvious from the get-go, only to have the affair exposed in equally stupendous fashion. Bastards (aka "love children") are often a result. Usually associated with wealthy/famous idiots.

v. To cheat on someone and get away with it in stupendous fashion for an extended period of time despite obvious potential for infidelity, only to have the affair exposed in equally stupendous fashion.
