At Rainbow Gatherings, when someone yells this, everyone comes running to help them! I saw it in action & the Rainbow Family even has attorneys!
When I heard shanticina/shantisina I went running to help this guy who'd been handcuffed. Everybody responded to the call for help. Someone sawed the handcuffs off the guy & people circled around him & got him away from the 6~up! (cops)
