A tag used to indicate that something is sarcasm, usually either "/s" or "/sarcasm".

"What day is it today?"

"Christmas. /s"

"Oh, stop using the sarcasm tag!"

Internet usage. sarcasmNot used like this./sarcasmA play off the tags (i.e image/image), used in overtly obivous/dumb posts.

Of the Orgasmic nature, but also of the sarcastic nature, At the same time if you will. Not that the sarcasm must be at least 50% or more than the level of the Orgasm, Also within at least 30 seconds of the "Sarcastagasm"
