Undue harassment of someone using the urinal, trying to get them to hurry up

Tom: "Hey, aren't you done in there yet? I gotta go!"
Dick: "Geez, hold on, I'll be out in a minute!"
Tom: "Well, hurry up, I'm about to pop out here!"
Harry: "Alright, that's enough, no rushing the pisser!"
