Unsteady on one's legs, usually due to drunkenness. Similar to weak-kneed or jelly-kneed.

He got up from the bar with difficulty and headed for the bathroom, rubberlegged.

The act of a Canadian couple having sex.
Can also be used in the context of fishing, if one fisher catches a fish the other fisher was going after.

"I was fishing with a friend of mine the other day, right? and as soon as I saw a nice fish, I took a sip of beer and the next thing I know, he's reeled it up already!"
"Rubberlegs got his pickle then, eh?"
