1. Someone who hates "ricers" or tuners / sport compact cars.

2. A gay man who continually posts homosexual definitions on urban dictionary (see Harley). This peter puffer thinks that a harley is the fastest bike on the road when he compares it to a honda goldwing. When in actuality a harley would get smoked by any crotch rocket. Not that there is anything wrong with harleys they are awesome cruisers but i doubt we will see one racing alongside a CBR1000RR on speed channel.

hate rice 

A reference to a tweet in which @Scilla_xx does an "experiment" in which she says nice things at one jar of rice and hateful things at another for 30 days and allegedly found that the hate rice had turned soggy. It has since become a meme, primarily on Twitter.

I've had a really tough day of work and I need to get some anger out so my hate rice is really gonna get it tonight.
