Another form of "Rest In Peace", when someone dies, directed to the deceased. Frankly, it sounds stupid. If you didn't know someone died and someone just posted "Rest Up, Bro", you may think that Bro was dealing with some ailment, exhaustion or was working to hard.

"Lost my cat today. Rest Up, Mr. Mittens".
