A derogatory term referring to a chronically online minor who creates callout posts on Twitter/X. You can tell what profile is run by a minor if they have a reentry link or carrd in their bio, write their age as '3teen' and post suggestive art border lining on pornographic material.
"This queefteen draws suggestive art of their oc with the nipples hanging out and tweets about how they watched porn at 9 years old! What a loser."
