Quouple (kw-uppel) A polyamorous (or romantic / sexual) relationship with four main partners.

Dan and Melissa are a couple. Amanda, Michelle, and Ron are a thruple. Sage, Matt, James, and Jeanette are a quouple, and have pledged to remain true to their group, even though they can't all get legally married to each other.
