Originated from members of the UW-Platteville Track Team, PTPP stands for "popping times, popping pussy." Generally reserved for those who are fast on the track (popping times) and those who slay an excessive amount of women (popping pussy). This acronym is typically shouted at track meets, bars downtown, grocery stores, etc.
