Proudlock
When a man masterbates and jizzes into a cup before locking it away, so he can therefore keep track of his ejaculation amount, over time. The man may then decide to show a potential girlfriend his produce from his Proudlock to show his capability to ejactulate large or small amounts.

A sunburn or suntan focused on the left arm. It is caused by the left side of the body being the only half that gets exposed to sunlight while driving. Presumably, it would be located on the right side of the body in countries where they drive on the left side of the road.
