Like "Pro-Life" means Anti-Abortion, this is a codeword for Anti-LGBTQ, Pro-Homophobia and Pro-Transphobia. It does not refer to supporting people becoming parents in general, but becoming a specific type of parent that pleases another's feelings(a homophobe). Statistically, children who are raised in LGBTQ homes are much more likely to be compassionate towards other people and also live happier lives.
When conservatives call themselves "Pro-Life" and "Pro-Family", that actually means they support forced birth and bullying LGBTQ people, respectively.
