prensada

A Costa Rican dish that consists on a tortilla folded in half with a slice of cheese inside. It then is fried on a pan until the cheese begins to melt/crust. Really delicious.

Person 1: Hey man, have you ever tried prensadas before?
Person 2: Yeah dude, prensadas are the best.
