A disease that causes the host to become a pansy and wear clothes from Aeropostale and Hollister.

Symptoms can range from: hanging around with lots of other Prepititis sufferers, being a cheerleader/football player, making fun of the more geeky types, and spreading stupid rumors about stupid people.
