One who is unaware of the effects of marijuana.

New Smoker: "I've been smoking this joint and I'm not high!"
Experienced Smoker: "Patience, young potawan, your high will come."

Potawan: "I liked that joint, so when my friend offered me a brownie I happily accepted, but it's been an hour and I don't feel anything!"
Experienced Smoker: "You poor potawan, you have no idea what you're in for..."

Usually seen in the same commercial breaks as ads for beverages containing alcohol, a hard drug which often leads to addiction, broken families, fatalities, liver disease and fetal alcohol syndrome.

Human who will not do harm to potatoes by eating, slaughtering or any other physical abuse.

I thought Peter was a Vegan but now i understand he is Potatan, because he had bad experiences by the loss of his potato-friend. And he didn't like carbs anyway.
