When you feel like you have to piss, but nothing comes out, while you still feel like you gotta piss. The opposite of constipation.

Damn, Jane drank that whole gallon of water but she's been in the bathroom for an hour. She must be pisstipated.

the inability to urinate.
to not be able to pass urine.
no pee pee.

If you can't poop, you're constipated.
If you can't pee, you must be prostipated.

when you can't pee, but have to. especially when on drugs, you cannot concentrate enough to go number 1.
