A semi-acronymous name for a rather surly leprechaun, beginning in the early 1990s. It stands for pot head midget, and originally came from the hip hop group 'Total Devastation'.

"Who's the man with the hemp in his hand? It's the pot head midget from the marijuana band." - Total Devastation

After predictably taking too big of a hit off the bong, pohemi proceeded to cough up a lung cookie and die.

An anime so crazy that it need's ritalin. It is about a girl, Poemi Watanabe, A.K.A. Kobayashi a 10-year old girl with severe ADHD. Her girlfriend is Futaba Aasu. Futaba is Poemi's lesbian lover. Futaba also has seven sisters; ranging from preschool to near 30 years old. Poemi is also in love with an octipus named K-Kun
