What political hipsters call a rare type of lower-than-expected bump in the opinion after a confirmation of a SCOTUS nominee. Both political parties gets a bump but the party who the nominee belongs to get a far smaller bump in the polls, despite the confirmation of its candidate.

Did you see the local polls on Fivethirtyeight? How do you even spell Kavanaugh's pmuB?! Arrrrghhh 3G is so slow and I'm sitting here waiting for the pmuB to happen!
