A nameless person who always seems to pick up your messes/crap when they find it.

Example 1.
Parent 1: "Go clean your room! I'm not your pick-up-yo-crap-fairy!"
Example 2.
Parent 2: "Well I see the pick-up-yo-crap-fairy came today..."
