Inability to sleep due to phone activity

I haven't been sleeping very good lately ;due , to a serious cases of phonosomnia.

The inability to fall asleep because you have to poop so badly. It is usually accompanied by an upset stomach and farting in bed. poo, poop, bowel movement, bm, take a dump, fart, pass gas, drop a deuce, crap, pinch a loaf, sleep, sleeplessness, fall asleep, insomnia

When I eat chili and spinach greens, around 2am I get a major case of poosomnia.
