A pek cooper is a small individual who's expertise is breaking almost anything they touch. The physical appearance of pek cooper is usually small and stumpy (Around 5"2 and 20 clem). They usually wear a fishermans hat and have a long ginger beard just like gimli from the movie franchise lord of the rings. pek cooper can also be referred to as hobbit.
